What we are looking for

The zero series of the masonry robot is currently being developed. To prepare our product to enter the market, ROPAX is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive application engineer to manage and monitor the product on a daily basis. In addition, as an application engineer you are responsible for the development process and customer contact. You like to have variety in your work and to roll up your sleeves. You have very good product knowledge and are solution oriented.

Your responsibilities

As an application engineer you are responsible for:

  • Conducting feasibility studies.
  • Implementing technical specifications and requirements.
  • Maintaining customer contact and providing support.
  • Providing product documentation.
  • Creating and executing/investigating test procedures and test protocols.
  • Provide assistance with assembling and setting up the electronics.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A background in engineering.
  • A proven track record in dealing with customers.
  • A completed study in a technical direction or work experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of construction is a plus.
  • Accurate and familiar with mounting and wiring techniques or willing to delve into them.
  • A practical attitude.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • An independent work attitude.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
